The Skills Portfolio is your personal record of completed AI work — not certificates, not courses, but actual deliverables you produced. Every Play you complete is logged with the output you built. At Practitioner tier and above, your Portfolio is shareable with any employer. At Expert tier, completing all 15 Plays unlocks your Expert Profile — the clearest signal an employer can see that you know how to produce results with AI, not just talk about it.
How is this different from a certification?
A certification proves you completed a course or passed a test. The Skills Portfolio proves you produced real AI-augmented work. Every entry records a specific deliverable — a GEO audit, a content decay report, a keyword cannibalization map — with the outcome it produced. Employers see what you built and what it achieved, not how many videos you watched.
Who can see my Skills Portfolio?
Your public Portfolio URL shows the entries in your completed record. Altiv.AI never shares your Portfolio with any employer, recruiter, or third party without your explicit action.
What happens if I don't pass a Play?
Nothing is logged until you pass. Plays use binary pass/not pass grading — if you don't meet 50% of the evaluation criteria, you see exactly which criteria you missed and can retry with a revised output. Only passed plays appear in your Skills Portfolio.
Do I need company data to start building my Skills Portfolio?
No. Every Play ships with realistic sample data so you can complete it — and earn your first Portfolio entry — without using company data. If you have your own data and choose to use it, the entry carries more weight with employers.
